Subject: Lotus Notes 8.5.2 permanently crashes during view scrolling + partial incompatibility report
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Notes Client
Technical Area: Crash
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.2
Reproducible: Always

We have contact persons by firms view in our contacts application, with employees categorized by firm in it. When trying to scroll down this view client crashes. It always happends when passing through particular category.
I suspect it caused by one document so I ran fixup(including documents) and compact -c on it. No success though.
This problem reproducible on Windows 7 and XP.
Also after Notes crashes on 7 (not in this particular case but everytime) I've got Interactive Services Detection partial incompatibility report message(it's about nsd.exe), which keeps reapearing until restart the OS.
Would appreciate any thoughts.

UPD: actually killing the nsd's from task manager also helps.

UPD2: usually nsd.exe hangs in process tree when you choose not to collect diagnostics at the time. But sometimes it stays there even if you left diagnostics to itself and let it finish it's job. nsd log file is empty in that case.
